Coconut Caramel (Vegan)

Instead of using butter and cream for this caramel we used Coconut Milk and Coconut Oil for a delicious caramel that you’ll never know is vegan.  We couldn’t stop there so we sprinkle them with toasted Coconut flakes.

Ingredients: Coconut Milk, Cane Sugar, Corn Syrup (corn syrup, vanilla, salt) Organic Coconut Oil, Toasted Coconut Flakes, Salt, Soy Lecithin (an emulsifier)
